1. The upper end of the installation position of the rolling gate shall have reliable fire protection facilities. Detachable movable cover plate must be set when the lower end of the rolling gate is used for the package box or suspended ceiling, and it must be reserved at the bottom end of the rolling gate 500×500mm removable manhole for easy maintenance.
2. If there is a big shake or abnormal sound during the operation of the rolling gate, it should be stopped for inspection, and the sundries with normal opening and closing of the brick curtain should be removed.
3. Gate curtain and easy to rust, should be regularly anticorrosive, painting and maintenance treatment, prohibit the use of heavy objects, hard impact on the facade
4. The upper limit of the bottom girder seat of the gate must be more than 200mm away from the lower end of the bearing frame, so as to ensure that there will be no topping when the brake stops
5. In the process of opening and closing and stopping, the rolling gate should have the function of stopping with the position, and should not stop and continue to slide. If the sliding distance is greater than 50mm, the rolling gate should be checked immediately.The control electrical appliance and the door winder brake are carefully checked and repaired until normal operation.
6. The door rolling machine should be checked regularly (at least 3 times a year) in operation, operation and transmission, and oil should be added in time as needed to ensure the normal use of the rolling gate.
7. During the operation of the rolling gate, the operator must stand at a position where the running state of the rolling gate can be seen; otherwise, accidents may easily occur and damage may occur.
8. The opening and closing operation direction of all electrically controlled rolling doors must be the same as that indicated by the switch box, especially the manual device should be used first when the new power is connected to the test run or the phase line of the external input power is changed.
Put the door curtain in the position of 1/2 of the height of the door, try to operate the door opening and closing after switching on the power supply, until with the indication phase, can be used normally, otherwise damage the limiter, cause the roller back roll or the top and so on
9. Gate curtain and door rolling machine are prohibited from contact with acid, alkaline solution to prevent erosion of the surface of the curtain.
10. The rolling gate curtain should be carefully protected, just like we protect ourselves, so as to extend the life of the rolling gate, so as to improve the usability of the rolling gate.
